Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Developer to design, build, integrate, and test Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions supporting platform migration and ongoing campaign management. The ideal candidate will be an SME in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, collaborating with Architects, business stakeholders, and cross‐functional teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions, optimize customer journeys, and support ongoing operations.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with Salesforce Marketing Architects and business stakeholders to design, build, and test Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
* Perform Design, Build, and Test (DBT) for ongoing customer journey campaigns, automations, templates, content blocks (emails), CloudPages (registration forms, unsubscribe pages), integrations, and reporting extracts.
* Develop innovative solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to implement and optimize marketing strategies.
* Analyze data and campaign metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
* Act as an SME in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
* Stay updated on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
* Provide technical solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, contributing to key decisions.
Qualifications
* Expert proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Personalization.
* 2+ years' experience with design, build, integration, test, and deployment of marketing campaigns and transactional communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies.
* Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, AMPScript, JavaScript, Handlebars, and SQL.
* Proven experience in campaign management, automations, templates, and content blocks in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
* Proven experience in web and mobile campaign development and integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
* Experience in Design, Build Enablement and Salesforce Technical Architecture is preferred.
* Strong problem‐solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Experience collaborating with Architects and business teams in complex projects.
