About Our Client:
Reporting to the National Client Services Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include:
Daily outbound calls to existing customers to grow and maintain relationships.
Cross advertising and selling new marketing campaigns and materials.
Resolution of customer complaints in a timely manner.
Follow-up with customers with feedback about product and service.
Forecast expected sales revenue and growth in clients.
Ad-Hoc Duties as Requested by the Management Team.
