Nurse Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a nursing team and providing specialized withdrawal management services. You will also contribute to decision-making panels regarding AOD assessments and admissions to our withdrawal management unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of nurses and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
* Making decisions regarding AOD assessments and admissions to our withdrawal management unit.
* Oversee staff selection, rostering, performance appraisal, and professional development.

Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience and competence in nursing within the alcohol and other drugs nursing environment.
* Current knowledge of issues relating to withdrawal management.
* Leadership skills and ability to manage nursing units.
* Tertiary qualification in Nursing and current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
