The role of a Learning and Development Director involves delivering best practice and human resources strategies, projects and initiatives across learning, organisational development and culture.
* Partner with leaders and people across the organisation to promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill acquisition.
* Lead, review and implement a range of human resource projects, strategies and initiatives that respond to future challenges and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements and standards.

* Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards.
