Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Participating in structured rotations across the Engineering and Construction department, including exposure to Network Planning and Real Estate, Maintenance, Construction, and Environmental Services.
* Gaining hands-on experience in different business areas over two years to build a broad skill set and strong organisational understanding.
* Engaging in tailored learning and development activities designed for early-career professionals.
* Collaborating with leaders and teams throughout rotations, leading to a permanent placement post-program.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Environmental or Mechanical) and recent graduation.
* Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and negotiate effectively across diverse teams and levels.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
* Process-oriented mindset, with a focus on structure, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
