Regional Group Fitters – Mobile Crushing Plant
Regional Group are currently seeking experienced Fitters - Mobile Crushing Plant to join our team in Emerald, Queensland to provide planning, repairs and maintenance for the mobile crushing team.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute repairs and maintenance activities across a range of crushing and screening equipment.
* Diagnose breakdowns and defects.
* Work proactively to identify issues and maximize plant utilization.
* Report incidents and near misses.
* Adopt and adhere to safety system.
* Work with MEX maintenance system.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need
* Current driver's licence (HR preferred but not essential).
* Fully qualified mechanic.
* Confident in all aspects of plant repairs.
* Highly experienced in maintenance and repairs of mobile crushing plant and associated heavy mobile equipment.
* Preferred experience with CAT, Komatsu, Terex‑Finlay, McCloskey.
* Crushing experience is essential.
* Competent with computers.
* Outstanding work ethic and commitment to getting the job done.
* Strong commitment to Work Health and Safety.
* Ability to instruct and oversee operators while undertaking repairs.
* Hard‑working and adaptable to change.
* Work as part of a team.
* Ability to work flexible hours.
