The Role:
Monday – Friday, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Handling all sales administration
2. Liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
3. Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding
4. Prepare and attend proposals, presentations, and auctions
5. Manage exchanges & settlements
6. Meeting & greeting clients, attending meetings & functions
7. Supporting the Director with ad hoc administration duties
8. Assisting with Marketing
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
1. Must have previous Sales Administration experience
2. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
4. The ability to work proactively and independently
5. Strong administration and communication skills
6. A Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
