About The Position

This position will be based full-time at our Epping office. As a Project Manager you will be required to work with and guide Site Foreman to complete works at a high standard, within budget and to specifications. You will liaise with internal staff members, and external contractors, notably landscape architects, developers, and council representatives.
You will need to have great communication and organisation skills, and be able to give clear, supportive direction and feedback for landscape construction projects to be completed successfully. This position requires a fine eye for detail when it comes to reviewing and approving projects and managing OH&S components of the workplace. You will be responsible for the end-to-end journey of each project and the staff that perform the work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple landscape construction projects simultaneously
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Review project plans, specifications, and budgets
* Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
* Conduct site visits and oversee daily field operations
* Communicate effectively with clients, designers, vendors, and internal teams
* Track costs, change orders, and project documentation
* Enforce safety standards and company procedures
