Job Description
A key leadership role within the geotechnical team exists for a senior engineer who can deliver exceptional service to clients and oversee projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Coordinate field investigations, oversee project timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
* Site Coordination: Manage site inspections, testing, and monitoring services for various residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
* Technical Analysis: Analyze geotechnical issues related to foundations, embankments, dams, and slope stability using software like Slope/W and CIRCLY.
* Reporting: Prepare high-quality technical reports, proposals, and tenders, ensuring precise cost calculations.
* Business Development: Engage with clients and contribute to business development efforts.
* Mentoring: Support and mentor junior geotechnical professionals.
Key Criteria:
* Experience: 5–15 years as a Geotechnical Engineer with site investigation expertise.
* Practical Skills: Enjoy outdoor work and possess a valid driver's license (manual preferred).
* Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
* Technical Proficiency: Excellent writing skills and high-level computer skills.
* Safety Commitment: Strong dedication to workplace safety.

Additional Requirements:
* Ideally, 8 – 15 years' professional experience as a Geotechnical Engineer with experience in site investigations.
