**Our Client**

Our client is a privately owned independent consulting practice specialising in building Vertical Transportation Systems within the Gold Coast/ Brisbane region. With over 39+ years of hands-on experience on multitudes of projects of all scales and complexities the business is well equipped to deliver innovative, energy efficient and cost-effective solutions for their client's projects.

**What you'll contribute to**:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified **Operations Assistant** to join the team with 7+ years' experience in a similar role.

This newly created position isn't like a regular Ops Assistant position, it will require you to have strong stakeholder management, attend body corporate meetings, project management, customer service administration and more. Reporting to the Director and the Senior Lift Consultant you will be a pivotal across multiple areas of the business and ensuring its continued growth.

**To be successful in this diverse and pivotal role, you will**:

- Work to deadlines and ensure the Management team achieve required deadlines
- Speak with key business partners.
- Have strong communication both written and verbal.
- Display strong customer service skills.
- Be technology savvy with Microsoft Suites.
- Be willing to perform personal assistant tasks as required.
- Have exceptional professional report writing skills, along with ability to proofread with a critical eye for detail
- Assist with workplace health and safety documentation as delegated by the Senior Lift Consultant
- Have basic knowledge of Accounts Payable / Accounts receivable & experience with experience using Xero looked upon favourably.
- Have a valid driver's license and access to a car.
- Have a positive and proactive mindset to just get in and assist wherever needed

This role will be a permanent part-time role to begin with (20 hours) with the vision to move to full time hours.

They business offers a work from home arrangement so it is important that you have access to a home office space, while all technical equipment will be provided. All though this is a WFH role you must be located in the Brisbane/ Gold Coast area.
