Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a critical role responsible for the finance and commercial functions of the business. You will be responsible for building financial management capability across the business and embedding automation, AI and data‑driven insights.
About the role
* Manage the finance team onshore and offshore to ensure that high quality reporting is provided to the Board and executive team
* Manage tax, regulatory compliance and other finance functions (e.g. accounts payable, cash reconciliations, accounts receivable, and payroll)
* Oversee statutory reporting systems and processes and annual audits
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
* Ensure performance is enhanced by strong financial controls, audit readiness and financial risk management
* Business partner with non‑Finance functions
* Partner with the CEO and Board to support the structuring and oversight of key commercial partnerships and acquisition due diligence and integration
About you
* Strategic financial management and administration experience gained in a high‑growth corporate environment
* Strong team leadership capabilities across varied finance teams who enjoy developing staff
* This role suits a hands‑on manager
* Change management – proactively identify issues, assess and resolve them, implement and communicate solutions
* An ex‑auditing background is highly desirable
