Key Responsibilities
* Provide contractual support to Project Managers.
* Prepare cost reports and handle large subcontractor packages.
* Read and interpret site and engineering plans, prepare Bills of Quantities as required.
* Assist in compiling the overall programme as required.
* Physically check completed work on site for claims and payments.
* Collate and review tender submissions.
* Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, scopes, contracts, and procurement processes.
* Monitor and track project expenditures.
* Evaluate and negotiate project/subcontractor claims and variations.
* Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.
This role is ideal for a candidate with exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational skills, as well as a commitment to joining a highly motivated and energetic team.
Qualifications and Experience
* A relevant degree qualification in a construction‐related field.
* Experience working for a developer or builder.
* Solid understanding of construction practices.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience.
* Familiarity with Procore and Jobpac.
* Solid knowledge of safety management strategies.
* Ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
