HPS Pharmacies is growing its team across Victoria, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in three rewarding Hospital Pharmacy Technician roles. Whether you're looking to build a long-term career or step into healthcare for the first time, we'll support you with full training, mentorship, and development pathways.
Role 1: Rotational Hospital Pharmacy Technician – Melbourne
Work across multiple HPS hospital pharmacy sites in Melbourne, gaining hands-on exposure to a variety of hospital environments. Ideal for candidates who enjoy variety and learning new systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily pharmacy operations across multiple sites
* Assist with medication distribution
* Maintain inventory and ensure safe storage of medications
* Work alongside pharmacy and healthcare teams
Role 2: Oncology Pharmacy Technician – HPS Ringwood
Join our experienced oncology team supporting the preparation and coordination of cancer therapy treatments. No prior oncology or hospital experience needed — training provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with oncology medication workflows
* Compound specialised medications
* Maintain aseptic areas & inventory
* Support pharmacists delivering high-quality oncology services
Role 3: Hospital Pharmacy Technician – HPS Moorabbin
Join the pharmacy team at our Moorabbin site, contributing to high-quality medication services within a private hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support medication supply and logistics
* Manage stock control and ordering
* Work collaboratively with hospital teams
About You
You don't need hospital or pharmacy experience — what matters is your positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
You will also have:
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work Monday–Friday in a fast-paced environment
