Why You'll Love This Role
Join the team as a Client Advisor and make a real difference. You'll be the first point of contact for clients entering our clinics. You will be welcoming clients, managing appointments, and providing administrative and financial support to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.

Note: This is a 12-month fixed term role
What You'll Do
* Coordinate client appointments and manage a busy electronic clinic diary
* Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, MediPass)
* Recommend Kieser's products and services
* Conduct membership consults
* Provide administrative support to the leadership and clinical team
* Answer questions and resolve problems for clients
* Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards

Must-haves
* Valid working rights in Australia
* First Aid & CPR Certification
* National Police Check

* 1+ years of relevant work experience
