Senior ERP Transformation Lead
Drive business-led SAP RISE initiatives to enhance ERP program efficiency, leveraging SuccessFactors Finance AI BTP integrations. Emphasize innovative project delivery and streamline HR finance reporting, ensuring seamless landscape integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop functional design for SAP RISE, aligning with business objectives
* Coordinate testing and cutover streams, ensuring quality assurance and defect root cause analysis
* Collaborate with stakeholders to provide solutions that meet business requirements
* Mentor team members to achieve high-quality deliverables and process optimization
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP implementations and cloud migration projects
* Expertise in HR/finance reporting integrations, S/4HANA, BTP, CPI testing, and cutover assurance
* Proven track record in quality assurance, defect analysis, and project-based experience
* SAP certifications in SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, or BTP, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills
