In this your key responsibilities will include:* Overseeing all phases of project delivery including design, approvals, procurement, construction, and handover.* Managing consultants, contractors, and authority negotiations to ensure timely approvals and compliance.* Driving the development of applications, design documentation, and project governance.* Collaborating with marketing teams to align product design with market positioning and customer needs.* Monitoring competitor activity and provide insights to inform product strategy.* Maintaining project budgets, timelines, and reporting across all development stages.**About You:**This is a dynamic role for a strategic thinker with strong operational and technical expertise. You will have a proven ability to lead complex projects with excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will also have :* 7+ years' experience in development – ideally with high-rise or mixed-use projects, including residential experience.* Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.* Tertiary qualification in Property, Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.* An adaptable, collaborative, and committed approach to delivering high-quality outcomes.We are committed to developing and retaining the best people and provide the best possible learning and development opportunities.
