**The Client**

**The Position**

In this senior role you will be responsible for the growth and development of a new Road Feeder/Interstate service. 
- Create and develop interstate transport functions, including all policies, processes, and operating procedures. 
- Manage the Fleet Maintenance Team to ensure safety and maximise service delivery and fleet effectiveness. 
- Work with leadership team to implement KPI monitoring and reporting 
- Manage day to day Linehaul activities and planning of loads. 
- Conduct team meetings to monitor performance and encourage employee engagement and continuous improvement. 
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communications and customer requirements are met. 
- Develop and build external customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
**The Requirements** 
- 5+ years transport experience within the Australian market including fleet management, staff and depot. 
- COR and WHS experience and knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law 
- Airfreight knowledge an advantage 
- Advanced change management skills 
- Ability to present and articulate to senior managers and clients 
- Full working rights within Australia and current driver's license
