Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Relevant Experience
3-5 year's experience in talent acquisition in an internal recruitment or agency function;
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing stakeholder relationships;
Confident with internal recruitment systems, data and analysis; and
Tech savvy, including positioning jobs and briefs on external job boards Eg LinkedIn, Seek etc.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work collaboratively with hiring managers;
Build quality partnerships with Talent Acquisition team nationally; and
Key Success Factors
Working at pace to prioritise, progress and finalise talent campaigns;
Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders;
Problem solving mindset with a can-do attitude; and
Resilient, proactive and outcomes focused.
