Hairhouse has an exciting opportunity for a Studio & Production Manager to join our Creative Team at our Support Centre in Doncaster on a 12-month Maternity Leave contract, commencing in June 2026. This role is the operational backbone of our Creative Team—managing workflows, supplier relationships, timelines and production output to keep everything running smoothly.

The Main Responsibilities Of The Role Include
* Studio Management: Manage all work, resources, communication and timelines within the Creative Team
* Traffic Management: Ensure work is briefed clearly with achievable timelines communicated across stakeholders
* Delivery & Production: Liaise with Marketing and VM teams to ensure work is delivered on time, to budget and to a high-quality standard
* Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, obtain quotes, oversee lead times, asset distribution and logistics
What Type of Person Will Be Successful?
* 3+ years' experience in studio and production management or a creative background in finished art or graphic design transitioning into studio management
* Project management experience is essential
* Experience in retail or agency environments (highly regarded)
* Strong organisational, communication and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* A genuine passion for hair, beauty and the Hairhouse brand
