Job Title
We are seeking skilled professionals to fill roles within the Payroll Administration team.
As a Payroll Administration Officer, you will work in a dedicated team that has a clear sense of purpose and an understanding of how you can contribute to the security of our nation and fellow Australians.
* This role requires individuals with strong interpersonal skills, well-developed communication skills, sound judgement and an aptitude to perform in a collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will be accountable for completing allocated tasks, developing capability through exposure to team members and relevant training, building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships, and displaying initiative and adaptability in changing circumstances.
You will assist the payroll team in day-to-day activities required to meet critical deadlines, calculate and process payroll entitlements and allowances, provide advice to employees regarding conditions of service, and maintain employee records for statutory recording purposes.
Requirements:
* PAYROLL or ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE
* Strong CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
* PEOPLESOFT or EXPERIENCE WITH SIMILAR HUMAN RESOURCE OPERATING SYSTEMS
