As a Compliance Specialist, you will assist in developing and implementing a robust compliance strategy and framework for employee relations and industrial relations.
This role provides specialist advice and support on compliance concerns, with valuable input on various management strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing specialist compliance support to the consultancy team
* Leading and supporting compliance projects
* Advising on compliance regulation, interpretation, and implementation
Requirements include:
* Experience in employee relations and/or industrial relations in-house or association/law firm providing workplace relations advice
* Demonstrated understanding of relevant workplace legislation, regulations, awards, and agreements
* Undergraduate degree in law, business, or human resources, with a focus on employment and industrial relations
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work effectively with limited direct supervision
This is a pivotal role in shaping the wage compliance program. The right candidate will have excellent knowledge of case management for wage compliance topics and experience working in high-volume environments.
