Job Overview
We are expanding our Speech Pathology team and invite dynamic Speech Pathologists to join us in delivering exceptional services. Our team is dedicated to assisting individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals.
No two days will be the same as we strive to provide caseloads that cater to your experience and interests. We have mixed caseloads covering areas such as early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
Responsibilities include:
* Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
* Early Years caseload (0-5) – Clinic/Home-based early intervention and parent coaching (including speech sounds, early language, feeding, school-readiness)
* School-aged children (5-18) – Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding and AAC assessment and implementation
* Adults – Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke and acquired brain injury rehabilitation
* Neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population of all age groups

Requirements
We seek a person who has:
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
* 2+ years of experience as a Speech Pathologist
* A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
* A desire to make a real difference within the community
* Experience delivering services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
