The Opportunity
* Perth-based role – enjoy your own bed every night
* Work hours: 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
* CIRCA $150-160K Base Salary + Super
* Immediate start available, project is live
* Be part of a well‑established contractor with a solid pipeline of WA infrastructure work
What You'll Be Doing
* Administering head and subcontracts with precision and confidence
* Managing variations, progress claims, EoTs, RFIs, NoDs, and cost tracking as the onsite "financial custodian" of the project
* Working closely with the site and project teams to ensure cost and contract outcomes are nailed
* Liaising with clients and subcontractors to keep everything tight and above board
What You'll Need
* Quantity Surveying or Construction Management degree (*non‑negotiable)
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a QS/Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor on civil or concrete construction projects
* Proven track record working for civil contractors or construction companies in Australia/NZ or UK (*preferred)
* Solid understanding of contract law, construction methodologies, and project cost controls
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
