About the role
Two full‐time positions located on the lands of the Tubbagah People of the Wiradjuri Nation in Dubbo.
Salary: $89,000 – $96,000 plus superannuation and salary packaging (dependent on qualifications and experience).
Responsibilities and Duties
* Provide home‐based intervention with regular family visits and direct engagement.
* Assess family strengths, needs and risks and develop clear family‐led support plans.
* Deliver practical and evidence‐informed interventions, including parenting support, advocacy and service coordination.
* Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with families, colleagues and partner services.

Skills and Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services or a related human services field (Diploma or higher).
* Experience delivering intensive casework with vulnerable children and families, ideally within family preservation, child protection or community‐based support programs.
* Sound understanding of trauma‐informed practice, child safety and risk assessment, and ability to identify and respond to child protection concerns.
* Strong communication and engagement skills, including culturally safe practice and effective collaboration with families and service partners.
* Practical requirements: confidence with case documentation and systems, current NSW Driver's Licence and NSW Working With Children Check.
