Graduate Occupational Therapist Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated and empathetic occupational therapist graduate to join our team. As an occupational therapist, you'll work with individuals to develop skills and strategies to overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
Your role will involve working in a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality services that support people with disability to live fulfilling lives.
About the Role
This is a 12-month graduate program designed to accelerate your learning and development as an occupational therapist. You'll receive comprehensive training, supervision, and support from experienced clinicians and mentors.
You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in assessment, intervention, and outcome measurement.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with individuals and groups to develop skills and strategies to overcome barriers and achieve their goals
* Conduct assessments and interventions to support people with disability
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality services
* Develop and implement individualized plans to support client outcomes
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills
