Logistics Coordinator Role
The Logistics Coordinator role requires meticulous planning, coordination, and execution of logistics activities tailored to the current decommissioning scope.
* Responsibilities include ensuring safe movement of materials and equipment between Dampier and Karratha, adhering to project timelines, and regulatory requirements.
* Maintaining accurate documentation and records for all logistics activities, including compliance with regulatory and company standards.
* Ensuring quarantine compliance and safe handling of dangerous goods in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies.
* Monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for logistics performance within the decommissioning scope.
* Safely transporting and moving materials, equipment, and containers between sites, adhering to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and load restraint guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills Required
* Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics coordination, preferably within decommissioning or oil & gas projects.
* Strong knowledge of CoR, load restraint, and dangerous goods handling.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
* Load Restraint and Dangerous Goods certifications (Road, Air & Sea).
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
