Remedial Massage Therapist – Part-Time (Employee Role)

Boutique Massage Studios is a calm, welcoming space where clients come to reset, relax, and feel taken care of.
We're looking for a Remedial Massage Therapist who is warm, professional, and passionate about delivering high-quality treatments within a supportive, heart-led environment.
This is a part-time employee role, ideal for someone wanting stable hours and a consistent, beautiful place to work and available for an immediate start.
Roster (4 Days Per Week)
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 2:30pm–6:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm or 12:00pm–5:30pm

Your Role
Provide high-quality remedial and relaxation treatments
Be open to learning new treatments (facials, seasonal spa rituals, etc.)
Be open to providing Pregnancy Massage if you have completed that in your Remedial Course
Create a positive, caring, professional experience for clients
Maintain a clean, peaceful treatment space
Follow studio standards with reliability and integrity
You Are
Diploma qualified (required for health rebates)
Friendly, grounded, and client-focused
Reliable with strong communication
Confident in remedial + relaxation techniques
Open to learning new treatments
