Longreach Home and Community Care Inc are seeking an experienced registered nurse or enrolled nurse to deliver safe, quality aged care services to elderly people living in our small rural community.

We are a small rural aged care provider delivering government funded in-home care services to older people living in Longreach, Central West Queensland. As our clinical care partner you will be working with a team of experienced aged care workers, who strive to deliver in-home quality care.
You will be responsible for delivering of clinical and acute care services delivered to older people in their homes. You will be responsible for:
* oversight of ongoing health care services to the needs, goals and preferences of our elderly
* creating health care plans with the participants
* conducting in-home risk assessments
* completing reviews of health care plans
* conducting workforce assessment to ensure optimal service provision by a capable and competent staff
* working collaboratively with other health professionals delivering care services to a participant
Wages
Nurses are paid in accordance with classification, qualifications and years of experience under the Nurse Award, Aged Care.
Requirements
* Evidence of nursing qualifications (RN or EN)
* Evidence of current AHPRA registration with no notations
* National Police Check (current) or willing to obtain
* Evidence of a current 'C' class drivers' licence
* Competency with digital technologies, Microsoft Word / Excel software
* Proven efficacy with time management
* Effective communication skills ( written and oral)
* Australian Citizenship
* Evidence of Immunization (Vaccination certificate)
Relocation Incentive and Retention Bonus
We are looking for someone who is willing to be employed on a permanent part-time basis for a minimum of two (2) years.
The successful candidate may be eligible to receive a relocation allowance and a retention bonus for 2 years, following relocation and continuance of employment with Longreach Home and Community Care Inc (candidates must meet strict terms and conditions).
