This will give you an opportunity to play a part in a major finance optimisation project that will shape how we work into the future.
What you will be doing:Accounts Payable & Receivable: own the end to end AP/AR function, from invoice processing and vendor management to debt collection and reconciliations.Month End & Reporting: assist with journals, reconciliations, management reporting and statutory compliance (BAS, GST, PAYG).
Finance Transformation: get involved in automation, process reviews and system enhancements (Oracle Cloud ERP experience highly regarded).

If you've worked in a business going through growth, change, or transformation, you'll understand the importance of adaptability, resilience and curiosity in this role.
To ensure success in the role, you will bring:3-5 years experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar finance role (AP, AR, reconciliations, month end close).
Strong systems knowledge, ideally ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred) and advanced Excel skills.A keen interest in process improvement, automation and finance transformation projects.Ability to adapt to change, prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, growing business.Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CPA/CA qualified or studying towards accreditation desirable).
