Sleep Healthcare Australia is an Australian company providing an end to end service for the diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnoea with PAP (Positive Airway Pressure) devices and accessories. Partnering with our experienced specialist staff, you'll take pride in delivering exceptional treatment and achieving outstanding results for our patients.
We are now seeking to recruit CPAP Consultant/Clinician for our Tweed Heads clinic 3-4 days per week. This exciting new opportunity will require the successful candidate to work closely with Sleep Physicians and Scientists, providing a complete diagnostic and treatment pathway for patients diagnosed with sleep apnoea.
The successful candidate will ideally have previously worked in a similar position and possess knowledge and experience of PAP technology and the treatment of diagnosed sleep disorders. Alternatively, you may be a healthcare professional and looking for a new challenge in the sleep health space.
Working as part of a team, the role will involve the following:
* Providing exceptional customer support and interaction with patients who have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder or are currently using PAP devices as a long-term therapy;
* Phone calls to patients to monitor on-going compliance to therapy, troubleshoot issues and to identify needs for additional assistance;
* Work with patient and the organisation to provide positive outcomes including an increase in the PAP business;
* Ensuring that the patient is assessed and fitted with the correct PAP device for their personal and treatment needs;
* Assisting patients to maximise the successful outcomes of the recommended treatment therapy;
* Accurate and timely update and administration of electronic files for patients;
* Processing of sales and rental charges via our secure server-based accounting system.
As a key liaison with our patients, the ideal candidate will be able to display a passion for customer satisfaction and drive to achieve positive patient outcomes. You will have a strong ability to connect with and communicate effectively with patients, and resolve any problems that are encountered.
Full training, IT support and appointments will be provided, with remuneration commensurate with experience.
