**Your new role**
Are you a dynamic and experienced warehouse professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth operations in our fast-paced environment.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, and maintaining a world-class safety culture. You will provide leadership and guidance to our dedicated team, ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, dispatch, quality checks, and pick and pack.
- Work closely with the inventory team on stock management, rotation, and repack activities.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers to optimise operations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and take corrective actions to maximise accuracy.
- Promote safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with customer service to ensure timely product availability for delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of strong warehouse management experience.
- Experience in the food/beverage industry is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and lift up to 20 kg.
- Proficiency in Microsoft GP or similar ERP systems.
- Current forklift licence and willingness to undergo background checks.
