Customer Banking Specialist Relief
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused banking specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers in the Shepparton branch. As part of our retail banking services team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless banking experiences to personal and small business customers.
* Deliver financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement.
* Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts, and process applications for credit products.
* Provide expert advice on home loans, business banking, and financial planning.
