The Role
We have multiple Full-time Security Guard positions available in Moorebank, Eastern Creek and Kemps Creek, Horsley Park, Chullora, Bella Vista working on a rotating roster. This role will see you supporting one of our clients by ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures. While monitoring site inductions and preventing unauthorized access to the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Control site access by verifying identification, and permits
* Deliver site inductions, issue access passes, and provide required PPE
* Perform regular internal and external patrols to identify risks or breaches
* Inspect locks, gates, alarms, and security systems to ensure functionality
* Respond to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action and assisting emergency services
* Maintain daily logs, compliance registers, and incident reports
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and liaise with staff, management, and external agencies
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds current NSW Security Providers Licence
* Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Possesses a valid First Aid certificate
* Able to work on a rotating roster
* Ability to work in a team, or unsupervised
* Experienced with access control systems
