Job Overview
Mental Health Professionals are integral members of multidisciplinary teams, delivering high-quality assessment, care coordination, intervention and follow-up for adults dealing with mental health concerns. They work collaboratively with consumers, their families/carers, GPs, Community Managed Organisations (CMOs), and other service providers to ensure safe, effective, recovery-focused care.
Role Details
* Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate, and willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
* Knowledge and experience in mental health assessment, care planning and contemporary practice.
* Works in a consumer, family and carer-focused way.
* Understands and applies trauma-informed care.
* Communicates effectively and builds strong therapeutic and professional relationships.
* Works efficiently within a multidisciplinary team.
