Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing visually appealing promotion displays, ensuring effective product placement and merchandising, and providing excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will have a strong focus on safety, and will work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain store standards, including presentation and merchandising, planogram changes, dressing the store, and in-store promotions.
In addition to their retail experience, the candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to lift, bend, and climb, and be an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member.

About the Role
This role involves creating and managing promotion displays, product placement, merchandising, store presentation, and customer service, assisting customers at the counter and in the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage visually appealing promotion displays
* Evaluate and adjust product placement and merchandising strategies
* Maintain store standards, including presentation and merchandising, planogram changes, dressing the store, and in-store promotions
* Process stock; receive, dispatch, and store
* Ensure the showroom is well-stocked
