About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Jetski Tour Guide / Instructor to join our team in Cairns.
You'll be responsible for leading guided tours, ensuring all guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
* Lead guided jetski tours 4–5 days per week (on consecutive days – set schedule, specific days negotiable)
* Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
* Provide commentary and excellent customer service during tours
* Assist with jetski preparation, basic maintenance, and guest check-in
* Potential for a full-time position from December, depending on performance and mutual satisfaction

About you
* Experience operating jetskis and/or working as an instructor or tour guide
* Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Personal Watercraft Licence (PWC) and First Aid Certificate
* Confident, safety-conscious, and able to lead a group on the water
* Fluent in English with strong communication skills
* Fun, outgoing, and passionate about creating great guest experiences
* Available for a minimum of 4+ months
* This role counts towards the 88 days regional work requirement
