19 day month with RDO or 9 day fortnight option, your choice

The Role

Make a difference in our community

As the Unit Manager of Home Support, you will play a key leadership role within the Ageing Well Department. You will lead a dedicated team of case managers and service coordination staff in the delivery of high-quality client focused service planning and coordination.

You will also be responsible for ongoing continuous improvement activities to drive high performance and ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act. You will help build the department's vision and direction along with the preparation work required for the implementation of the Support at Home program.


About you

We are seeking a dynamic people-focused leader with extensive demonstrated experience in policy, strategy and program development.

You will have experience in aged care and the ability to deliver strong clinical governance and innovative approaches that support high quality, client centric care.

Tertiary qualifications in Human Services / Allied Health / Social Sciences or equivalent are essential.
