We are a passionate team committed to providing an exceptional experience to all students.Your daily responsibilities will include engaging with students through various channels such as social media, online chat, email, inbound and outbound calls. You will also focus on delivering excellent customer service, solving problems, capturing continuous improvement initiatives, and operating within our high-performing, values-based, student-first environment.Please note that the office environment includes a service dog. All staff are to be mindful of the dog's presence.
