We are seeking caring, reliable and motivated Home Care Workers to join our expanding team.
About the Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their homes and community. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their goals, maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Personal care and daily living support
* Meal preparation and domestic assistance
* Social and community access support
* Mobility and transport assistance
* Following individual care plans
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Working in line with NDIS Quality & Safeguarding standards
What We're Looking For
* Genuine passion for helping people
* Reliability, empathy and strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Experience in disability, aged care or community services (preferred but not essential)
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Current Driver's Licence
* Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
* Right to work in Australia
