Leadership Opportunities
The Road Safety Commission is seeking experienced and strategic leaders to join our expanding Education and Behaviour Change Team.
We currently have one permanent Performance and Development Coordinator and two permanent Operations Coordinators available for immediate filling.
Role Overview
Performance and Development Coordinator – leads the evaluation, resourcing and continuous improvement of Everyday Safer education programs. The role manages and mentors team members, drives program quality and leads strategic improvements to strengthen outcomes across Western Australia.
Operations Coordinator – plans, executes and evaluates Everyday Safer education programs across metropolitan and regional high schools. The role manages program logistics, supports and leads team members, drives program development and evaluation, and collaborates with schools to ensure inspiring and effective delivery.
Both Operations Coordinator roles are metropolitan based with regional travel required from time to time (fully funded).

Pay and Leave
* Employer contribution of 12% superannuation in addition to your salary.
