About the Role This role is essential in the service department. It is tasked with coordinating field technician's daily schedules, managing service requests, and facilitating clear communication among clients, technicians, and internal teams. This is a part-time position offered three days per week in a job share environment. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate service jobs, ensuring efficient allocation of technicians and resources Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries and service requests professionally Liaise closely with the Service Supervisor and technicians to manage work orders and job progress Monitor and update the Simpro Service Management System with job details, updates, and documentation Prioritise urgent jobs and adjust schedules as required to meet client needs and SLAs Track job completion and ensure all documentation is received and accurately filed Assist in maintaining compliance with safety and quality assurance protocols Provide general administrative support to the service department Key Requirements: Previous experience in a coordination, scheduling, or dispatch role within air condidtioning / HVAC Competency in using service management systems - (Must have experience using Simpro) Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer service Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Competitive salary package Supportive and collaborative work environment Flexible working hours/days (job share position) Career development and training opportunities Secure, long-term opportunity with a well-established company Convenient Sydney location About the company Our client, a respected Australian-owned Tier 1 commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems provider, seeks a Service Coordinator / Scheduler to join their dynamic team based in Norwest, Sydney.
