Boeing Defence Australia is shaping the future of aerospace and delivering some of the nation's most important programs for the Australian Defence Force.Our program offers graduates a permanent full-time position, providing a solid career foundation from day one.
As aBusiness Development and Strategy Graduateyou will:
* Work closely with the BD&S team, and our partners, to support the capture of new opportunities for Boeing
* Coordinate proposal management, plans and schedules for customer campaigns
* Work closely with multi-disciplinary campaign teams to support development of proposal structure and content including proposal writing and graphics
* Communicate effectively with industry, internal stakeholders, and senior team members, fostering positive relationships and collaboration through clear communication and transparency
Your attitude, motivation, willingness to learn and ability to self-task under supervision will determine your success in our team!
Education
Tertiary degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Communications, Economics, Finance, Journalism, Law, Marketing or Project Management (or anticipated graduation before July 2026).
Eligibility
Due to the nature of the work you may participate in, you will need to be an Australian citizen with eligibility to obtain a Defence Security clearance.
Our Graduate Program
Our 24-month Graduate Program is designed to equip you with essential skills for a successful transition into full-time work, while also fostering your growth into an experienced professional. Throughout the program, you will engage in professional learning and development, as well as social and collaborative opportunities to expand your Boeing network.
While the Graduate Program has defined learning objectives and a structured framework, your individual journey will be tailored in collaboration with your manager, shaped by business needs and your personal professional development goals. To enhance your exposure and learning, you will remain within one business unit for the entire duration of the program, allowing you to immerse yourself in team dynamics and project work. Over these 24 months, you will not only acquire the technical skills necessary for your role but also develop the interpersonal skills that are vital for a fulfilling career.
