We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Managers to join our team at Pizzahut Ellenbrook.
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, inventory management, financial management, marketing and promotion, compliance, and safety.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
* Diploma of Management or Hospitality (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Solid understanding of food safety and compliance regulations
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, inventory management, financial management, marketing and promotion, compliance, and safety
- Hire, train, and manage staff members
- Schedule shifts and ensure that all staff members are following company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that all supplies are properly stored and accounted for
- Track sales, manage expenses, and ensure that the store is profitable
- Promote the store and drive sales through marketing and promotional activities
- Ensure that the store is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including food safety and labour laws
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff
