About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality maintenance, service, and repair work on commercial laundry and kitchen appliances, ensuring clients receive fast, safe, and reliable service.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults on commercial laundry and kitchen equipment
* Performing scheduled maintenance, testing, and calibration of machinery
* Managing breakdown calls and ensuring timely completion of all service requests
* Liaising with customers to deliver professional, customer‐focused support
* Maintaining accurate service records using company‐provided iPad systems
* Ensuring safe work practices and compliance with all company policies and industry standards
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding and servicing of industrial or commercial machinery
* A current Driver's Licence and the ability to work autonomously
* An Electrical Licence or Restricted Electrical Licence (essential)
* Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
