About the Role
As a Mower Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various commercial sites or council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.
Hourly rates are above award and dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
o Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
o Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
o Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard.
o Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.
o Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

About You
o Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
o Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
o Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
o Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
o Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
o Valid Driver's Licence.
o White Card.
o Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
