Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Client Success Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience and a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and develop relationships with clients ranging from senior C-levels to junior client professions across various business functions ensuring they are successful in utilizing their Gartner subscription.
* Introduce Gartner services and communicate value to decision makers.
* Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend programs of action that drive high value and return on investment.
* Collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value delivered to clients.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
* Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
* Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
