This is a key leadership role within the Selleys ANZ Marketing team, and you will be accountable for key consumer task-oriented portfolios that encompass household name brands.
You will lead portfolio strategy, innovation, brand development, communication, pricing strategy, and activation across all Retail and Trade channels for these categories. You will lead a team through an exciting period in our journey, looking to continue our culture of innovation and collaboration.
You will drive NPD initiatives from concepts through to the launch, create product value propositions and own product stewardship, champion key growth programs, manage multiple projects across the ANZ business and inspire creative communication programs that drive growth.

**Skills & Experience**
This is a key position that requires expertise in marketing, team management, influencing, management of multiple priorities, and a desire for excellence. You will have a keen passion for marketing; taking ownership of innovation and progressing your career with a market leader. You will be known for your sound commercial background and excellent people skills.
Other key skills and experience include:
- Qualification in Marketing/Business/Commerce or similar
- Prior experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Building Products
- Experience in leading strategy and execution for consumer-driven brands
- Consumer-driven insight focus approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements
