Brisbane South PHN has an exciting opportunity to become part of our Digital Health team. This role will provide timely technical support to stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and technical queries. The role will facilitate and manage strong, productive partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure required applications and systems are properly installed, connected and maintained.

This is a full-time, fixed term position to 31 December 2026 (part time considered).

The objective of this position is to

Ensure strong and productive partnerships with key stakeholders by delivering timely, solutions-focused technical support, issue resolution and incident management.

Provide guidance to streamline technical workflows and implement quality assurance and auditing processes that support proactive system performance for stakeholders.

Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to support digital health capability uplift, reporting requirements and the successful delivery of program activities.

About you

To be successful in this position, you will bring the following:

Essential

* Qualification in health, ICT, business or related field (or working towards).
* Strong time management skills.
* Proven analytical solution focused, problem-solving skills.
* Clear written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
* Experience in the use of, or aptitude for learning IT systems such as Microsoft Office Suite; Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other systems.
* Ability to operate collaboratively as well as autonomously within high-functioning teams and across teams
* Current driver's licence
* National Police Check

Desirable

* A good understanding of the Australian health system – particularly primary care.
* A good understanding of local, state and national digital health priorities and systems, or the aptitude to rapidly acquire this knowledge. For example, experience with Primary Sense (or clinical auditing tool/s), clinical information systems or other business support systems and/or national systems such as PRODA and HPOS.
