Role Description
This is a business development role for a Property Manager at Coastal Noosa, based in Noosa,QLD and we are open to a permanent part time arrangment.
The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property management operations, building the rent roll ensuring the efficient management of properties under their supervision. Key responsibilities include tenant communication, lease administration, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and addressing client inquiries. The role requires maintaining a high standard of service while fostering positive landlord-tenant relationships.
Qualifications
* Property management and real estate knowledge, including lease administration and compliance
* Experience in client communication, tenant relations, and resolving inquiries smoothly
* Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills for property inspections and maintenance coordination
* Ability to work independently and flexibly in a hybrid work environment
* Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency with property management software and general digital tools
* Previous experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is a plus
* Relevant certifications or training in property management are advantageous
