TDA is seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Performance Specialist to support the execution of our marketing strategy across multiple digital channels. This multifaceted role includes content creation, executive and event support, social media management, and campaign performance optimisation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders - including executives - as well as external partners, to create and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable results.
Content Creation & Videography
- Film and edit short-form video content at events, conferences, and in-house for social, podcast, and promotional use.
- Direct and capture content featuring TDA's directors, referrers, or industry partners.
- Manage a content library and ensure all materials align with brand tone and goals.
Podcast & Event Media
- Participate in and help produce the TDA podcast (co-hosting, editing, publishing).
- Interview referrers, speakers, and event participants live or on-site.
- Create micro-content from long-form material to amplify across digital channels.
Executive & Event Support
- Coordinate and manage event calendars for directors and key personnel.
- Organise and schedule attendance at industry events, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure directors are briefed, prepped, and captured on film or in interviews when needed.
Social Media & Lead Engagement
- Own social media strategy and execution - daily posting, engagement, reporting.
- Research, identify, and connect with potential developers, referrers, and clients to win recent jobs.
Digital Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and refine digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Research, analyse, present and implement strategies based on key online performance metrics (eg audience preferences, web traffic, customer engagement, online enquiries)
